Behind many of our contract victories stands a dedicated group of stewards and committee members who work tirelessly on behalf of their coworkers. These often unrecognized leaders speak up for workers and dedicate their time for the benefit of every member.
To the stewards and committee members across our locals: THANK YOU! Your commitment turns progress into reality, and your solidarity strengthens us all.
Having representation is essential. FAIR members serve within the UFCW Intl, UFCW and Teamsters locals, and Trust Funds. Every day, our members work to support and uplift other union members so we can all be better positioned to serve the membership we are so privileged to represent.
We like to take a moment to thank those members, like Scott Spearo from UFCW local 1473, who help take the lead in bargaining a new agreement for their co-workers.
