Many Thanks to All Members Who Help Bargain Their Contracts
Every FAIR contract isn’t always negotiated by officers or vice presidents of FAIR. Members at some locals like a hands on approach in forming their own bargaining committee and meeting with their local to have some reflective discussion about what works and what is needed for both parties.
We like to take a moment to thank those members, like Scott Spearo from UFCW local 1473, who help take the lead in bargaining a new agreement for their co-workers.
